Congrats on your new adjustable base! We have a couple tips for making sure it lasts... 1) don't let your kids jump on the product, 2) remove the power supply beofre moving the adjustable base, and 3) take note of the weight limits of the base

Will the adjustable base work with an innerspring mattress?

Our adjustable bases have been tested and are designed to work with all mattresses found on orthomattress.com

Can I change the height of the adjustable base?

The standard height of the Standard Base from floor to the deck is 15". The base comes with 3 different leg sizes and can be adjusted upon installation to 12" and 9". If you wish to make the base lower or higher, you can purchase legs separately in 3" increments.

What is the purpose of the zero gravity position?

The Zero Gravity position is intended to mimic the position astronauts use during blast off. The position is designed to decrease stress on the astronaut's body as they leave the earth's atmosphere. The position decreases pressure on the lower back and improves blood circulation by placing the head and foot above the heart.
