We deliver every day of the week except Sundays, Mondays & Thursday. Immediately following your purchase a salesperson will contact you for as soon as a next-day delivery.

For out-of-state orders, we may ship directly from our warehouse partners across the country and ask for 7-14 business days to deliver your merchandise.

PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE

To ensure your comfort, we offer a 100 Night Perfect Fit Guarantee. Our goal is simple: to help you find the mattress that's right for you. To allow your body to adjust, we require that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights, but no more than 100 nights, before requesting an exchange or return. No restocking fees. There is a $99.99 delivery charge if local delivery is requested.

If you are not completely comfortable, you may complete a one-time exchange on mattresses $499.99 and above. You may select another mattress of equal or greater value (price difference applies). If you choose not to exchange, you may request a return within the 100 -night trial period.

Most comfort concerns can be resolved through an exchange, and our team will work with you to help identify a better comfort fit based on your sleep needs to find the perfect fit.

Removal of the law tag, damage, abuse or soiled/stained mattresses (purchasing a mattress protector is highly recommended) are considered unsanitary and will void this guarantee. No cancellation may be done on the original purchase once delivered.

The Perfect Fit Guarantee does not apply to: Furniture, adjustable bases, custom sizes, mattresses sold as-is, warranty exchanges, pillows, protectors, or sheets.

Your new Casper mattress is covered by a 10 year limited warranty (the “Mattress Warranty”). Deterioration causing the Mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base. Normal wear requires that a Mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the Mattress and foundation.

Mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, on a bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the Mattress and user(s). This Mattress Warranty does not cover your Product if you use it in a manner incompatible with that intended design.

If you feel that your mattress is defective, simply contact our customer service department or your local Ortho showroom with your invoice. A service form will be submitted and a third-party inspector will be scheduled to perform an in-home inspection for a fee on your mattress. Once verified by the inspector as a warranty defect, our customer service department will contact you to offer the warranty replacement credit with instructions to reselect a product (or products) of your choice that we’ll be delivered to your residence in exchange for the defective product.

Casper mattresses are not designed to be flipped. The materials are strategically layered, so make sure the right side is facing up. As with all mattresses, if you sleep alone on one side of the bed or have a meaningful weight differential with your mattress partner, then we do recommend rotating the bed 180 degrees every 3-6 months.
