Care

Congrats on your new adjustable base! We have a couple of tips for making sure it lasts... 1) don't let your kids jump on the product, 2) remove the power supply before moving the adjustable base, and 3) take note of the weight limits of the base.

Our adjustable bases have been tested and are designed to work with all mattresses found on orthomattress.com

Can I change the height of the adjustable base?

The standard height of the Performance Plus Base from floor to the deck is 15". The base comes with stackable legs that can be lowered to a height of 12", 9", 6" or can be used without the legs at a 3" height.If you wish to make the base even higher, you can add 3" extensions (purchased separately).

What is the purpose of the lumbar support?

A targeted back support that can be adjusted to relieve tension and provide extra comfort where you need it most.
