100-Night Sleep Trial

To ensure your comfort, we offer a 100 night comfort guarantee. In order to allow your body to adjust to the new mattress, we ask that you sleep on your new mattress for 30 nights, but no more than 100 nights before making an exchange. The comfort guarantee is a one time exchange and only applies to mattresses $499.99 and above. If you are not comfortable, you may select another mattress of equal or greater value (you simply pay the difference in price) within the first 100 nights. Removal of the law label, damage, abuse, soiled or stained mattress are considered unsanitary and will void your comfort exchange. Purchasing a mattress protector is recommended to ensure a stain free mattress during your 100 night comfort guarantee. No cancellation may be made on the original purchase. The Comfort Guarantee does not apply to furniture, adjustable beds, custom sizes , mattresses sold as-is, warranty exchanges, pillows, protectors or sheets. There is a mandatory $99.99 redelivery charge if local delivery is requested. We do not charge any restocking fees, unlike our competitors. This policy applies to mattress purchases only. Adjustable bases, foundations, and accessories are final sale.

Warranty

The typical mattress is replaceable under warranty guidelines if any part of the surface area compresses 1”(-.5" vs. the industry standard) or more for a spring bed and .75” or more for a foam bed. If you feel that your mattress is defective, simply contact our customer service department or your local Ortho showroom with your invoice. A service form will be submitted and a third-party inspector will be scheduled to perform an in-home inspection for a fee on your mattress. Once verified by the inspector as a warranty defect, our customer service department will contact you to offer the warranty replacement credit with instructions to reselect a product (or products) of your choice that we’ll be delivered to your residence in exchange for the defective product.

Care

The occasional rotating of your mattress will help in the proper conditioning of cushioning materials, preserve comfort, and maximize its life. It is important to keep your bed clean and dry. Make sure to always use a mattress protector. To prevent wear, don’t excessively bend, do not jump or stand on mattress. Also, vacuuming the mattress annually helps with allergies and keeps the bed in good shape.

"I am very happy with this mattress. I looked everywhere for a mattress and wanted a memory foam. This one felt the best, medium and still supportive. I love the 7 zones of firmness, so at the lower back and hips its firmer and softer at the head and feet. I really love that. For the price it's a great. The edge support is very good and it is easy to get in and out of bed. I have a very bad back and it is soo comfortable. Also, it does not get sucked in or leave an imprint or indentation when i get out of bed. It has this cooling in it that works great as I sweat sometimes at night. I could go on and on. . . . I would definitely buy it. I never leave reviews so in this case i thought it would be helpful to you. I got the Continental II in medium."

The Best Nights Sleep Ever

"My wife and I both suffer with back pain from our previous mattress. Although that bed had all the bells and whistles a person could buy over time it became very uncomfortable. The new. Orthro mattress it's not only more comfortable, it also gives us a great night's sleep. In the morning we wake up rested and ready to start the day, rather than worry about aches and pains. We're very happy that we bought this mattress and bed not to mention the beautiful headboard that we purchased also."
