Ortho Mattress and its partners guarantee that they will replace or repair purchaser’s pillow protector for up to 2 years. The warranty does not cover discoloration, abuse, or misuse. Please check the product packaging for washing instructions.

Care

Wash your protector in cold or lukewarm water on the gentle cycle. Hot water can weaken waterproofing materials. Use mild detergent as chemicals can damage the membrane of the protector. Please see your product's packaging for further information.

Which side of the protector should be visible when I place it on my mattress?

The glossy side of the protector should be facing inside and the fabric blend should be facing outside of the pillow.

How do I wash the Pillow Protector?

Machine wash in warm or cold water. Tumble dry on low or medium heat. Do NOT dry clean or use bleach (heat and bleach will void your warranty). Ironing is not needed.

How often should I wash the Protector?

We recommend washing your protector once a month. If there is a spill on the protector, address the issue as soon as possible by following proper washing instructions.
