Product Details
What is an air vent and what is the benefit of it?
An air vent is a soft, circular fabric with a mesh center, which is about the size of a nickel. The benefit of it is allowing hot air coming from the head, neck and shoulders to be directed away on the corners of the pillow away from the body.
How often should I replace my pillow?
There is no exact science for when you should replace your pillow. If you have a feather pillow, a simple stability test is to fold the pillow in half and see if it rebounds to its normal position. If you have a foam pillow, you should replace it every 18-36 months for continued support.
How do I pick the right pillow?
These are general recommendations and not rules; picking the right pillow is very subjective. Ideally, a pillow should align your head and neck with your spine, helping to improve sleep. If you are a side sleeper, look for a soft/flat pillow. If you sleep on your back, look for a medium thick and supportive pillow. If you spend most of your time on your side, look for a thick but soft pillow.
