There is no exact science for when you should replace your pillow. If you have a feather pillow, a simple stability test is to fold the pillow in half and see if it rebounds to its normal position. If you have a foam pillow, you should replace it every 18-36 months for continued support.

If you are a side sleeper, look for a soft/flat pillow. If you sleep on your back, look for a medium thick and supportive pillow.
